You can't ignore the squires. The dps on Glasya would have had to be high enough to kill him before the squires drop. Once squires drop and until all three are linked, Glasya reflects all damage.

I still can't believe that a lot of players who have been to ST a lot of times still don't know about this and end up killing themselves because they don't get off the boss when the squires drop.
