They said it'd come with Patch 2.51 in "late February".

I'm thinking it'll be Feb. 17th when we get it. That'll be 4 weeks from the time 2.5 came out.

yeah i was thinking more like around the 20th but would great to have n actual date so we know xD i dont normally rush to log in after patches but will for this lol
