This whole glamour "do everything you want" idea is getting a bit too far...
You do realize that the ENTIRE point of Glamour is so that you can look the way you want to without hampering your ability to play the game. So of course people are begging to have more options.
Yes, I understand that I just think that if people will be able to fight with invisible weapons it will be just too much. I think that monk should be able to fight with his bare hands but BRD shooting arrows from his hands?
Make the Emperor's New Knuckles and have it for PGL/MNK only... and lo the problem hath fixed itself.
No, if PGL/MNKs can glamour their weapons to be invisible, so should every other class, regardless of how much sense it makes.
I also want to be able to bake acorn cookies in chestpieces with final-bossish looking shoulders of doom.
So I can have a sch with a moogle for a book, hot pink skivvies (because taffeta gear), fuzzy winter boots, and a pumpkin for a head all on at the same time and presented in cutscenes as serious adventurer apparel but an invisible bow is too much? I agree that it'd look silly as hell, but players do that to themselves already. Might as well just err on the side of more options, I say, since we've gone this far. Make all gear dye-able too while we're at it.
