The devs are probably trying to get everyone geared up to i120-i130 for the coming expansion. As a casual player (life gets in the way) I fully support this.

I do too but I guess if WoD had dropped the items from the very start though, everyone would get to 130 quicker than they want us to
I've got no problem with having to work for it through Allied Seals and the new weekly quest for WoD. I am actually looking forward to running LotA again.

If you need i120-i130 for the expansion I feel sorry for new players that have not gotten to 50 when it hits. Which means they are stuck on 50 content for a while untill they can move forward.
Personally I dont think you need that much ilvl for the expansion. It seems very unreasonable.
You're probably correct.
