    Personally I think they should require you to have at least 30 active people on your friends list outside of your FC and require you to have at least one forum post with more than 50 likes to prove you are not an asshat before they let you play with the new content.

    Considering even the new raid planned for the expansion doesn't require having cleared coil, I seriously doubt your request will be considered.

    it also makes casual gamers and people with lag unable to enjoy content....your idea fails because all it may do is cause people to get pissed and loose SE money
