Do i110 PvP weapons glow?

Yes, the "Liege" weapons and shield glow. Its even a fairly distinct "blood red." You can see them by using the try on command.

That's correct, I got to equip the i110 bow for the first time last night. But yes as said above, you can do Try On and then 'Draw Weapon' button. The effect this has on WHM/BLM weapons is really cool- zoom in and it seems to have the crackled texture of burning wood once drawn. I might get the SCH book as my second, because I don't like the stats the Book of Diamonds has for PVP and even though it's small, the i110 PVP book looks to me kind of like its pages are burning with fragments floating up into the air. Definitely a red blood/fire kind of look, it's open to interpretation how you perceive it. There's movement with particles being shed, and impacted by your motion (vs. simply a glow animation), with the bow that effect is not as dramatic as the i95 Garuda bow's feathers rising into the air but it's still cool.

Yeah they glow. I have Drg wep, mnk wep, sch book and now archer bow. All of em glow. It's a pretty good glow, not as overbearing as Nexus weapons but enough to make it unique/stand out.

I really like the effect. Still have a bit to play until i can wear them, but a friend of mine already got some of them and they all look very nice.

I especially love the effect on the monk weapon. Looks like my fists are on fire.

To be specific the weapons "crack open" and blood like flames spew from the cracks. It's a really cool design.

Perhaps I've just not had a good look at them, but to me the "blood" looks like rose petals most of the time... Kinda makes me look forward to Red Mage...

Anyway, this effect is on the shield as well right? Kinda sucks that you can't select "Draw Weapon" when trying on shields...
