Go on SE, be a sport. I dunno why but it's one of the lil things from WoW (ho gawd I mentioned the MMO that must not be named) that brought a smile to my face when bored. Go buy a few beers, drink, then wander around with blurred vision, your character swaying in a drunken stagger and if you talk the occasional "hic" would appear in the text. :3 Am I the only person lame enough to want such a silly feature? >_>

What you are describing actually came from EQ. I didn't play the-game-that-shall-not-be-named long enough to experience it there.

As vain as this is, it would be an awesome feature! Maybe give beer/ale/wine/any alcoholic drink they impliment a crazy damage reduction buff, but at the same time impair the character's vision (blur the whole screen)
