How Cash Shop Dyes Should Be Handled

1) Make a way in game to earn Crysta (example: Trade 10,000 Gold Saucer tickets for 1 Crysta).
2) Make cash shop items purchasable with Crysta if they aren't already (Sleipnir, for example, would cost 1,500 Crysta, unless my conversion is off).
3) ???
4) Profit.

Currently 1$ for a pot of Dye? That's 100 Crysta. Go play the f*ck out of Gold Saucer or just mosey up the 1$ up front. I'd be more than happy with the cash shop if they gave me the option to earn the stuff in game by burning my retinas out to Triple Triad or Chocobo Racing. They could add whatever to it and I'd eat it up if it gives me a reason to play a snowboarding minigame until I'm senile.

Please ignore the fact that tying it to Crysta is a silly way to do things. It means you can win 50,000,000 Triple Triad games and get enough Crysta for a free 30 days. Awesome.

This could be not legal in some countries. Or the game have to be age 18+ because of real money gamble

Not sure I follow... How would that be gambling real currency? At worse your gambling Crysta, but even then you're not - you're earning it, I guess because you're earning it with a subscription? You cannot refund Crysta though, and Crysta is just another virtual currency (albeit one SE will let you buy to pay subscriptions with), so I don't see any issue. It would just be a sort of discount system for your subscription, not a gambling system.

You also buy the sub with crysta (I guess also for XI sub?). You also buy other services with crysta, like name change or server transfer.
100 crysta = 1$ or 1€

Also it would be not fair to contries who have no access to crysta, like australia.
