Honestly, I use T1-5 as my base accuracy given how often I run those. Then I have sets for T6-7 and T8-10 respectively.

Depends on how hardcore you wanna go. I personally have a set for each accuracy break point. (I.E. a set for T8-10, T11, T12, and T13, as well as sets for T5, T6/T7) Just go as far as you want. Really if your on say Turn 12, you shouldn't have to min max your gear for Turn 11.

what upgrades should i make and what ironworks pieces shouldnt i buy?
i dont have acces to gear out of t8-13, (novus 32det/44ss) almost finished.
Well since you dont have any access to t8-t13 you will eventually buy everthing. you don't need any new gear to do all other content so it also doesn't matter in which order you'll buy it...http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/OOPP

Well sure i want to advance and beat the coil further, but i was searching for somewhat of an redstring to help me improve my gear.
Like especially of what number for each stat should be my goal etc.
The sheet is a lot to take in for a player thats only around for around 1.5 months.
What is your other ring? The link only shows one ring (Evenstar) and your other ring should be your Ironworks ring. As it stands right now your acc is only enough for Turns 1-5. You could easily get away with eating acc food for Turns 6 and 7. I'm assuming you're doing those since you said you don't have access to the loot from 8 on yet. Once you upgrade your ring I would honestly say the next upgrade would be to buy the Ironworks pants. Unless of course you have gil saved up you could use to meld some crafted pants there?
Anytips for cooldown management for T12? I'd rather use the cooldowns to burst DPS [REDACTED] and not the Bennu's. Issue is, after the first Bennu dies, my next rotation syncs with Blackfires, so I'd be wasting the cooldowns on AoE for the Blackfires.
I treat t12 the same way I treat t11 and just put them up as soon as I can. There will be small things here and there where you'll know it's probably better to save them (end of Bennu phase comes to mind) but it's safe to say you can just blow them whenever you know you'll spend a lot of time on the boss who's name I'll leave out. I'm sure others maybe have more thought out plans but I just use them as often as I can.
Depends on your strat.
Personally I save RS + Convert for first Blackfire spawn and do Flare > Convert. Since we still get a 2nd Blackfire very nearly, I save MP pot for that (as of next week we should skip, i135 OP I hope).
After that it depends on how you're pushing Bennus. If you're aiming for 4 but it's really tight, use your CDs earlier (and ask for Foe's before the BRD has full MP, if you wait you'll miss out on Foe's uptime before 5th Bennu spawns). Otherwise save them for the Bennu phase for max damage. Final phase you can just use it on CD, only thing is make sure Phoenix isn't about to teleport into the dodge phase before your RS is up. Use INT pot during this phase with a RS set.
Hmm, okay. Thanks for the info! Should I be using the double flares on the Fires? I do so the first set, but I can very easily fire 2 twice and flare. I was thinking about using the cooldowns right after the first Blackfires since I can get a full rotation off with Convert+Swiftcast before the next Bennu spawns. Our issue at the moment in second phase damage.
