DDoS Attack Confirmed

Are they still happening right now? The attacks? Because I havent been able to log in. Though it could just be my ISP too. Hard to tell right now.

My guess is it your isp. Even tho mine is messing up atm I havent tried to log the game in a awhile, my guess if it was happening again the forums would be busier than they are now lol

Pretty sure it's still going on. I am getting very high latency ping coming from the games server ranging from on average 1000-5000 (my normal ping from the server is around 100-400 prior to these DDoS attacks). I have very good internet connection so can still play but not worth even trying some of the harder coils or EX trials at the moment in my opinion given the extreme latency from these DDoS attacks.

Well I guess it may be both my ISP and the game then. I just contacted my ISP, who says they are having issues with service in my area due in part to a maintenance going on in another service area. But I'm still hearing from friends who arent on the same ISP, that they too are getting lag spikes and what not.

I can play perfectly fine, so it doesn't seem to be a DDoS now. Just back to the incompetence of Level 3...

What I don't understand is why the attack was only on the NA Datacentre? The JP Datacentre was fine during this, why attack the NA one over the JP one?

I just went home and did a T7 during lunch break. Nothing was happening that was laggy or gameplay disruptive. Sending and receiving numbers were normal. So whatever it is likes to have its fun after convention work hours. XD
