Ingenuity on 4 star crafts

453 craftsmanship, CSII gives 63 progress. INGII + CSII gives 69 progress.

586 > 392 > 262 > 175 left using PbP (it's broke since 2.4 came out, 33% instead of 1/3)

So I've decided to dump Ingenuity for 4 stars. The rotation seems a lot more flexible now.

I started noticing the decay in effectiveness as well for even 3*, was hitting for 70 with INGII and CSII, 50 without it.

Thanks for the info. I was wondering about that myself. (I haven't gotten up to 4-stars yet.)

I already stopped using Ingenuity for 3 stars a while ago, except as a filler to fish for good/excellent conditions before Byregot's if I had some extra CP.

I dropped Ingenuity II and Manupulation. CP is high enough on 2 star 40 dura to use Master's mend. I have added in Rapid Synthesis for 4 star in place of CS II. Usually, PbP x 2 then 3 Rapid synths but I leave space for a fourth incase. The rotations are more risky with needing steady hand II up for hasty touch and rapid synth. I have messed with Observe before Byregot's Blessing but it is rare that it helps and even with 11 stacks it is a pain to get the new books. Have the i75 and i70 tools but I am missing something.

I didn't test quality thoroughly, but rough estimation put it around 10% from INGII iirc.

Ingenuity I gives *literally* no boost. 451 CSII does 63.

Ing2 is still a very worthy skill for 4 star crafts.

It really isn't. Even one more touch at higher IQ levels is worth more than the minuscule bonus Ing2 gives. 32 CP is no joke.

If you have a use for it, great, but personally I'm easily averaging 80+% on Arachne Velveteen and Kirimu Leather with NQ mats so it's not necessary to have.
