Welcome to 2.0 where dungeons were worthless and everybody grinded fates.

not it is not... waiting time for healer under 5 mins... same for tank..

its just because you queue up with 90% of the players being rogue/ninja...(dd).

With the new jobs in the expansions it will be different.. cause there we wont just have one new class.. one new job per each role (tank/healer/dd).. but right now.. its too unbalanced for the duty finder..


think of 10.000 rogues (DD roles) log into duty finder... and only 50-100 healers and tanks doing the same.. of course it wont open for you as a rogue.

Well as someone leveling a pld I am doing my job... do try and queue a dungeon here and there(nope only doing one drlow per day because I'm fed up with some of the same dungeons over and over and over) during the day as well.
And it shows when you get out with the usual healer commi and then 2 more from the poor dps that had to wait for hours(and I know I was leveling bard a year ago and had 2h queues).

But yesterday also decided to join in on some fate fun in northern thanalan. Basically you can sleep there with all the ninja AoEs going around. Mobs die before you can hit them. It's like a wild party hehe.

I'm personally having alot of fun leveling in the NIN train. ^_^ reminds me of beta.

im levelling WHM when not doing 2.4 stuff and yeah it is actually fun as hell... i just check the PF, and hop on the train. good times.

I did 106 levequests in two days as a BLM, and I feel just fine. As long as I don't have to play BLM ever again.

I don't. Every city has access to either healer or tank, so if they wanted to beat the queues that badly, they'll switch at level 10.

Meanwhile tank queues are insta queues like usual. Be a part of the solution instead of complaining about the problem. It was a dumb idea for SE to put in one new class, a DPS class, which everyone and their mom is going to be leveling. Do yourself a favor stop rushing the grind, level a tank or a healer and enjoy the free level 50.

I agree with you 100%. But its not like there isn't an alternative to dungeons. FATE grinding is a great option. I know OP said he doesn't like it but... too bad i guess?

Had a healer been introduced at the same time, I would have been levelling that instead of rogue due to preference, but here we are :P

I have to agree... it's been a lot of fun--I kinda want to jump on the bandwagon with another class I've been lazy-leveling before the FATE grinding ends!

I'm usualy a tank or leveling my whm and I get insta queues, when i decide to do a dungeon. I don't usually solo queue, i usually run with my kids. When I'm solo queueing i am doing Frontlines. Its all about the class you pick. Right now DD is way over populated. Maybe I'll have to start selling my services as tank?
