Maintenance Killed my FOUR onions!!

I have no clue if I am posting this in the correct place.

However! Due to the long maintenance this time things in my garden beds died. I am not the only one who had things die. If this was Krakka I would not care but I lost FOUR onions! I worked hard for those stupid seeds. How the heck is that ok? They were fine when I logged off and then when I tried to get back on all the worlds were down...for way to long. I log on today and everything is alive and ready to harvest except the onions! FOUR onions! I tried to submit a ticket and it apparently was "to the wrong place, we cant help you" crap.

Those people like me who had plants die deserve to be atleast given the seeds of the plants we lost!

Did you or someone tend to them right before the patch?

I have to agree with the OP on this. I did log in and tend my plants just before maintenance. I also logged in as soon as the download finished after maintenance and my plants had "seen better days." Really? 7 Garlic Jesters may have been lost due to maintenance? If they don't age during maintenance, then they shouldn't be expected to need tending. The clock should literally going into limbo on them.

Yes I tended them but some plants die way too fast, if you even miss a day with them your in trouble. So tending them before the patch doesn't help.

You knew maintenance was coming.. extended maintenance at that, why would you even plant something?

none of my plant die.....it does however cost me an hour of sleep

Contact a GM. I spoke with a member of an LS this morn. They brought his plants back to life is what he said.

mh, I'd 16 onions and all were alive

they got no water for ~ 35 hours
