They dont seem completely gone, patch notes say tjwfollowing:Items which required Allagan tomestones of mythology can no longer be obtained from the NPC Auriana. However, these items can now be obtained from the NPC Kakalan in Revenant's Toll (X:22 Y:5).

I havent checked but they seem to be there.
