    Syrcus Tower still drops ilvl100 gear and there's no weekly loot lock anymore. Other than that, I agree about the soldiery and artifact gear being cumbersome to obtain now.

    Never mind, you can still obtain the ilvl100 gear with soldiery in Mor Dhona, the same as before.
