Hearing these mini judging panel critiques makes me so happy I could cry. I am just so happy the little idea I had while running a dungeon has turned into such a great event for so many people. I've left my mark for (better on worse xD) on FFXIV and all of you have as well. *hugs everyone and cries*

So nobody is left wondering - the final cast lists are mostly set, but I want to give a little extra time for additional feedback from the judges and to sleep on it myself too. I will do my absolute best to get them up around early afternoon tomorrow, however. (Note I only ever said the 25th! I very deliberately did not give a time )

Thank you Kurri and Nariko for your critiques. I am a complete amateur to modeling/screenshots so the feedback is appreciated. Also my name is pronounced like Ah-De-Line, for future reference :P Some of my friends also pronounce it as Ade-Lenne (Think Lenne from FFX-2), which is also acceptable. I think Kurri at one point almost had it pronounced right at the beginning.

For my first two shots, I didn't realize this was more of a 'face' contest I guess? So in the future I'll make sure my face is in everything.

As far as my first shot is concerned, I actually play on PC, but I guess I have my distance graphics lowered. I'm assuming that was the problem with why you couldn't see all the background detail of the city. I'll be adjusting that, for I never knew those details were ever that bad I guess. Never noticed it til you all pointed it out. Also I was trying to go for more of a shot where I actually sat like Tifa, but alas the only way to do that would be in a city on a bench. Since the shot is meant to be scenic, had to do with the next best option, a rock. If I do take a shot like this again, I'll be sure angle my butt correctly on surfaces like that :P

For the battle, as far as what my left side is doing, it's supporting my character so I can punch the ochu in the face lol. I know it's hard to see, but its mainly cuz of the grass. I need something to hold me up while I wallop away :P

The hat I used in the Amphitheater shot is a Pearl Rochelle Hat, which is a hat made from semi rare gardening mats (crossbreeding and what not). I mainly used it to try and look fancy and since it could be dyed to w/e color I wanted to as well. I guess it could be distracting, but yeah I just wanted to pair something with the flowers lol. Thanks for the tip on the lighting ^^

Also yus my summoner horn is awesome ^_~ Thanks Kurri for saying you want me to pass on to the next round. Can't wait til tomorrow to find out the winners!

Okay guys I have chosen 5 models and 5 understudies for Cycle YT! (Really worried about people dropping out xD)

Still waiting on Tyriont, Kurri, and Nariko's choices for those final 3 spots! Ciara has unfortunately stepped down from her judging position, so I am looking for a last Judge, with good credentials, who wants to record their voice.

There are a few of you (4 or 5) I wanted to cast, but I am not sure if you are interested in Cycle YT or not. Please, please go back and edit your posts so we all know if you are okay with being cast in it! Only 12 girls were chosen for Tyriont's cycle, and 36 applied in all, so 24 of you are going to be homeless til Cycle 4! Wont you join us in our adventure into another medium?

Thank you Kurri and Nariko! I was quite nervous but you guys gave some really good tips! I felt a bit of the same way with my battle picture as well (I was initially going to post one with me as CUL taking down a crab haha). I'll keep in mind everything you guys said! <3

Alright, I just finished the Cast Reveal Video! All I have to do is add in pictures of the 8 models and stand-bys, which I will do as soon as Tyriont posts his cast and my judges tell me their picks! ^^ Except my cast list up tonightttttttt

Thanks for the critique! And, yes, my character is a guy. XD Kind of amusing to me, though, as the character he's based off of (a character I played in a tabletop RPG) has also been mistaken for a girl on more than one occasion.

I think some of my alternate shots address some of the concerns with the chosen images. It's good to know what more to look for when choosing what to enter if I get in. Much appreciated! In hindsight, this probably would have been a much better scenic:

I just liked the expression more in the one I actually submitted. ^^;

I also had no idea the sun minion existed until this week, so a general thanks to all who mentioned that bit of wonderfulness!
