It is not even a personal housing system, it is the FC housing system but it just so happens individuals can also compete against the FCs.

But you could do that before by making a FC with your Alternative characters so... *shruggles*

It's a shame... If only we had a system (instanced or not) with a house and yard of which you could expand upon using quests that needed carpenters, black smiths etc etc to either do the expansion for you or you could build it yourself... think of all the wood and other materials we would need!

Could have expanded the market board with a job board and it would host jobs like 'need 1 BSM to fufill expansion of my main room: materials provided by requestor: 1k gil. Materials provided by BSM: 20k gil reward

To expand your garden you could need 1000 Grade 1 soil of your region?

You could do 1 job max a minute and it would be pretty cool to have people help you build your house if you cant do it yourself.

20 x 8 wards x 3 zones = 480 smalls added. I would be legit surprised if they were all gone in the morning.

My FCs medium house will be in Mist and my small house will be in the Oasis so it'll be nice to have two easy teleports.

As a big crafter I just worry about the temptation to make all of my own furnishings. That's going to take me to the loony bin.

One of the main things I've been saving for this patch is a house. I'll only be able to afford a small but that's enough to decorate, garden and make me happy.

I take 2-3 month break form every MMO I am play each year, come back but still take a break. In 15 years of MMoing I've played 4 mmos. Sometimes you just need to take a break. And that break would cost me my house.
