Would you 2 ladies mind redoing these for me please? The background doesn't have to be pretty as it's being cut out. I need you to be facing the camera dead center. If you are chosen for the contest I'll be making a banner from the head shots. You'll not be judged on them. ^-^
~Quit moping, get hoping~
I figure I can try. I mean it'll be fun, and even if I fall over and fail? I'll have some fun practicing making some killer screenshots. Gods only know I've got to catch up to Rorohiju's crazy screenshot library. Also, I'm herpderpish and dunno how to make the images smaller on a forum =.=; sooo yeah if they're super big I'm super sorry?
We'll chalk this up to being in Texas for 10 years. (Everything's bigger there anyway, right? RIGHT?!)
1. The greatest day ever! (scenic)
2. Ashes to Ashes, Dust to Dust. May your passage be safe. (battle)
3. Who's cool? You're cool! (Ampitheater)
4. Additional shot (MUH FACE YO.)

Don't let that discourage you from entering. I am in the current cycle and take my own pictures 90% of the time as do/did many others. Many other top photos through the rounds have the "model" centered in the frame too. Aside from having another person/account you can lock your camera and fairly easily move the view so that you are no longer centered in the frame as well as adjusting the x and y axis (up/down angle). These tips and tricks are covered in the "official discussion forum" if i get the time i'll try to find the exact posts.
Remember, you can't win if you dont enter
Amazing entries so far! Keep them coming!
Ditto to what Tinsley said. I've taken all my photos so far as well and both of us made it to the Top 4! You can still create some dynamic shots with just standardly locking onto a target behind you and moving camera angles that way. Also get the Sun-Minion, do it now!Don't let that discourage you from entering. I am in the current cycle and take my own pictures 90% of the time as do/did many others.
