this tbh..By delaying the introduction of content to duty finder, you increase the odds of successful duty finder attempts than if it had been implemented in DF straight away.
When leviathan came out, the only way to learn it was through party finder for a good few weeks, when it was released in the Duty Finder, I found it had the highest success rate of any extreme I've done through the duty finder, generally almost every group killed it.
Why? Because the general population was more knowledgeable about the fight before entering the Duty Finder, it resulted in more successful groups, essentially increasing the success rate of Duty Finder.
I'd say it's a worthwhile price to pay.
DF is a far better option for me then PF I tried for hours at end and got nobody to join, there was no restriction even in that PF...it was the time when there was no option other then using the PF. For some people, PF is not an option, DF is the only way to go about, we dont have all the time for a static, we dont have all the time to wait for hours to no vail, we can wait some just not hours like some *no lifers* (for lack of better words) have, we play for the pleasure and not for the hardcore stuff, would be good if everything was released right away into DF but I can live without it too, I just dont do it until is released in DF if never released in DF, well never going to do it, pretty simple....complaining for each little stuff is silly, use the tools you have and can use, if you cant, find something else to do, is that hard ? not for me, I understand that for some is a question of life or death situation ...might want to think if it is worth that extreme though.

Titan Extreme was in Duty Finder straight away and people practised through there and pre-made groups/statics cleared through there as well. There will always be a handful of advanced groups who will get the strategy down and eventually post the tactics to the community and this happens regardless if it's in DF or PF.By delaying the introduction of content to duty finder, you increase the odds of successful duty finder attempts than if it had been implemented in DF straight away.

Just my opinion though.

Current State of End-Game Contents
nah because then they cant create the illusion that this game has exclusive extremely difficult content.
I don't see any harm in letting coil hit DF right away. It's not hurting anything.
but saeed has a very good point, (though my luck isn't so great with successful groups on levi) (guess I get the new people)

This might be me over imagining things, but I think adding New Endgame content straight to DF, might hurt player population as well as cause serious ilvl inflation. The HC Raiding guys are already pretty pissed about ST and Hunts allowing anyone to get i110 without ever stepping into coil. If they were to allow anyone with the ilvl to enter SCoB through duty finder you would see a lot of players leave the game as some of them will feel their hard work for their items have been cheapened. Yoshida also mentioned how they had not intended the hunts to cause the current ilvl inflation we have, adding coil to DF right away would worsen this issue not solve it. Its a balance game and SE won't upset it, especially not with brand new content, I don't ever see the new endgame raids going straight to DF.

For PF, try running it earlier in the week right after reset if you can. A lot more players who have cleared T6 already, and some who won't mind helping new people clear, will be running it then so they have enough time for T7-T9 for the rest of the week. You are going to run into those occasional assholes, its just inevitable, but keep trying and you get it! Our FC's static is still on T6 you aren't the only one still trying. ;D

I know a guy who was trying to find ppl to do Titan Ex with him using the PF. He not only made a few parties on PF, but he also joined a few parties on PF and nothing...one day he joined a friend and used the DF and passed it so... Just like ATMA, sometimes youre lucky and sometimes you aren't and thats fine, but dont blame a system like the ATMA system or the DF system if youre not lucky...I spent my whole Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday(called out from work lol) to get my ATMAs while my sister got it in one 1.5 days cuz while i was waiting for hours for an ATMA to drop, she would get it in a few minutes. Anyways back to this...sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt...I passed T5 with a party i found on PF but I passed Garuda Ex by using DF and so on...
Hi there.
The reason a noob like me has not even touched Second Coil of Bahamut yet is because I dislike the elitism and the stuff of static parties, totally dislike the concept.
So, please, if my nooby vote has some value, even 0,5 of a normal pro vote, I VOTE FOR THE OP's idea!... Let's put everything in duty finder since the beginning! If a premade party can do difficult content then fine! If not... At least give us the option, it's something.
I'm a solo and I rarely want to do annoying things like premades, even less with elitist pricks. I rather join DF, say "Hi everyone" and let's try.
Don't lock contents to elitists, don't make them think they are super just because they have a static group.
Regards.
It is greatly dependent on the quality of the people you surround yourself with. Sure end game is stressful since we're playing group jump rope, but if you have fun people then it takes all that stress away. I've never laughed so hard while dying repeatedly in my life. I wouldn't take my year of raiding back ever. It's not a toxic cesspool by default.
That said it is stressful since mistakes suck so I'm taking a break now. Once my batteries recharge I'll be going right back in.
