hm... Considering the time they needed to implement Ahriman and Dracon Mount, i would say we can calculate with ~1 year to have something we see from concept art to appear ingame!
Well, if the new gear in 2.4 is really the AF2 we have seen from concept art, it fits into that time too and let me become depressed about future content...
Shiva also have that time from becoming real after first seen on concept art...

The HA accessories have crit besides ring and tome armor has crit. There\\'s a ton of crit on current gear.

I know the unweathered gear has tons of crit, I was referring specifically to the 2nd coil drops.
The only HA accessories for healers that have crit are the earrings and the bracelet. The ONLY HA armor that has crit is the pants which have the same amount of crit as the unweathered Daystar pants only without the piety! Lame lame lame. I've seen many scholars who have glamoured their UNweathered gear to look like the HA stuff.

I do hope they will give casters something good this time. The weathered gear was ridiculous and totally out of context. Still, I wouldn't be surprised if they were keeping AF2 for the expansion.

Tomestone: i120/130 if they add upgrade items
Coil: i130
Coil weapon: i135
Shiva acc: i130
Siva weapon: i110
Third Crystal Tower 120

Changed to what I think it will be, going on past increases of 20 item levels., 70>>90>>110.

Or Shive will start at 120 and then change in 2.45 to 130 to incentivize peeps to run it, like Ramuh XD
