Will there be new jobs for the current classes? And will we be able to use a headset to speak with others in the near future without the use of a 3rd party program? And I think it was mentioned before, but Yoshi-P said that past main scenario cutscenes that weren't voiced, will be voiced for newcomers to the game.

When bosses drop crafting mats why not let normal or crafting / gathering gear drop with it? Could also let them have a chance to drop demimateria to make things a bit more interesting than yet another coke or animal fat.

Are there any plans to create specific battle stances and ability animations which differ between race and gender (which would mean that a female Hyur's animations would not be identical to a female Elezen's, nor male Miqo'te's versus a male Roegadyn's, etc.) in the near future? FFXI was incredibly amazing with this, and I would beg some more for the privilege.

Can you please add more than 1 kind of end game raid content for Hardcore players? Coil once a week is not enough. How about adding very Difficult 1 party only "hunts" that require a full party of 8 with high lvl gear, that drops items on par with the most difficult raids and nearly equal in difficulty? Or High difficulty Treasure maps?

When PvP was introduce, we were given many PvP skill for balance and to make PVP unique. After latest PVP change where Crusade Stance was remove for balance reason, will there be more PvP skill added in future? Since Ninja is being introduce, it would mean they also have PVP-only skill which are newly added. There have been many question if new skills will be added in 2.4 for other classes or if it will be after the expansion 3.0.

If possible, could the Producer or Developers give their current thoughts on Crusade Stance after the removal? Has it change anything or balance the PVP the way they have intended?

Will you please consider adding a solution to help out people who are unable to farm Atma at the current drop rate so that we will still be able to continue on with the new contents?
