Also, has anyone noticed a sudden influx of pugged DFs, both trials and dungeons, where almost no one waits for Protect/SS?
I do quite a bit of dungeoning out of boredom and it's been a large spike of this behavior lately. 90% of the time, people have run off before I can SS the last one or two party members (or not at all) in dungeons, or the tank has started pulling HM primals before I can SS either the tank or 50% of the rest of the party.
I've gotten it all before now and then, but as of the last two or so weeks, I noticed it's been REALLY bad. Like, almost 98% of the time.
Before it used to be more of 35% of the times I've gone in....

And several dragoons pulling HM primals early in a single week. Why dragoons, why!?

I'm not 100% sure what you mean (I know what Murphy's Law is, but I'm not sure what you mean as a whole)

Copperbell Mines HM. 3 of us in my FC and we picked up a PUG 4th (the tank). We get in, and right off the bat, tank goes "Yeah a friend of mine just gave me his account, so I've never played before."

It went as well as you can imagine.

That's either very ballsy, or very stupid on that tanks part. I started ARR with a 30 MRD, but I sure didn't jump right into the the highest level dungeon available to me. I didn't know about the class at all, so I started in Sastasha and worked my way up, didn't skip one dungeon. Hell just a few weeks ago I had a friend who wanted my MNK in Titan ex. He gave me a couple days notice, and since I hadn't played MNK in ages, I went back to Sastasha. Then I ran a few other low level dungeons, just to re-familiarize myself with it.

I can see that all being viable, but this WHM was only casting StoneSkin. She never healed or DPSed. It was frustrating. Never once did she throw out a Cure. Instead she settled with StoneSkin and expected me to heal. SS everyone, all the time, because of the AoEs. Ugh.

Two days ago I was doing my LowLevel Roulette for the Tomes. I got Toto-Rak. I hate this dungeon but whatever. It's fine. Well right off the bat I knew something was up. The first mob? I used Aero and then Cure on the tank. I pulled everything expect the one thing he was attacking. Great.. I asked him if he knew about Flash. No reply. After a little bit I asked him to use Flash. Nothing. Then I said "Or ignore me... >>" and then the Summoner mentioned that he might not speak English so she asked him to use Flash by using Auto Translate. Nothing. We then concluded he might be a bot or something. She warned him that she'll give him one chance to defend himself then she's kicking him. Nothing. so we kicked him.

Got a replacement pretty quickly. He was... okay. But I noticed that I still pulled hate pretty fast. I'm only like ilvl ... 65 or something but that shouldn't cause me to do too much hate generation, especially when I already know how to wait for the tank to gain hate (including him using Flash). After the first fight he said... "Healer. Please hold off on the Cure 2. It pulls too much hate." I was like WHAT?! Cure 2? I told him "I didn't use that." Then the summoner added "You don't have Cure 2 at this level. Do you mean Medica?" I then added "I didn't use that either." I used Cure. That's it. Well that and Cleric Stance+DPS.

I think the issue might have been my healing plus my DPS that was causing so much hate. But I should be able to DPS and heal. I don't think I did anything wrong. Seriously, I pulled mobs with 2 Esunas at one point. WTF.

Ive seen a few triggerhappy bards now that people are farmin Nexus. This one bard just ran to boss with full cds, tanks were sorting out who takes what on Levi hm. I just let those silly bards die so they might learn that bard =/= tank.

With low level tanks especially gladiators you have to be super super careful because it's so easy to rip hate off them. Even lower ilvls can do it easy.

Also I have noticed a large increase of people yolo pulling trials and it's really god dam annoying! I do even get protect off. I got told my buffs were useless (lol whm here) and I just thought to myself "well don't come crying to me when titan busters your pretty boy face in". I think this is because of the new relic stage, brings out the "best" in people apparently.
