Just taking a wild guess and saying it'll likely be the upgrade system in 2.4 However, I am willing to be the new gear will be the AF2 gear they showed off a while back. Just because Soldiery acted like the Philosophy, I'm expecting the new Allagan pieces to act like Myth. Meaning specific gear for specific jobs, and no long accessible for classes.

ST and 2nd coil won't have limitations anymore, so you can just farm that. T6 and T8 should be a breeze with echo.

I think Snowcloak trumped Lost City; Good job Knee-socks san. Heck, Sastasha getting it's theme remixed is pretty great too, not fond of Qarns music though, but dungeon looks fun; more traps (I noticed floor spikes popping up a bit), which the normal mode kinda lacked...

Hope these dungeons see a returns to some puzzle based gameplay as well. The original Sastasha had the three coral formations, and Qarn was probably the most puzzle this game every got; hope the hard modes don't disappoint in that regard.

I was hoping for some good info regarding Rogue/Ninja like finally getting official confirmation on their main stat. To be completely honest the live letter in general seems to have been rather disappointing

i think they don't give a lot of information mostly for give them while the fan fest. since it was announced, the number of information we get are... well.... small.

2.4 will hit what mid-late October, so i am thinking they will wait longer to release info.
And we all want Rogue/Ninja

I think fan fest will mostly be about expansion but maybe the 2.4 trailer will come at the same time, it was short for a live letter anyway, it didn't last one hour while they usually last 2hours at least, so they couldn't say a lot.

They are not going to give that information because it has economic ramifications; If they said Ninja uses Strength, people would stock up on Strength gear for leveling it before it's even out.

In all likelihood though, they'll use Strength. Ninja should be on Fuma, I guess there is a chance they could do something like give us a reskinned Fuma with Dexterity or something, but that certainly isn't the logical thing to do...
