I just don't like how it's 15 seconds per arrow instead of simply just letting us nock both arrows at once and putting a 30 second cooldown on it.

FFXI's Ranger used melee auto attack. I don't see the problem.

By patch 1.20, ALL classes will have GuildMark abilities that shorten various timers, increase speed, increase ACC, etc.
