Patch 2.38 exposes THE TRUTH about the goblet

I can't help but to feel people are some what trolling. The ONLY time people claim to like the goblet is on this message board but the FACTS still play out...NOONE BUYS HOUSING THERE. now people are forced to the goblet as it's not where they wanted but they wasnt up early enough to beat the gil buyers to the good spots.

I bought the small plot 1 in goblet ward7 immediately after servers went up. So I decided to buy my house in the goblet while I could have buy it in Mist etc...

Reasons?

1. I like it
2. My FC house is in the goblet as well
3. Uldah

Personally I like the Goblet quite a bit. Our house is in Mist but there are some nice plots I considered in the Goblet too. There are many houses in that area and just because it's used a little less than other areas doesn't mean it needs to be redesigned. Maelstrom is the coolest company IMO and it seems to be the least played. Should Maelstrom be redesigned because people don't seem to like pirates as much? No.

I have two mansions in The Goblet. I could have picked them anywhere I wanted.

Don't you have to be second LT with the Grand company of the city? That's at least what I thought when I went out to buy a house. Since I started arcanist and I've only done Maelstrom I went to Mist.

I actually like Goblet 19 and a couple of the other plots near it. That said, I'm really picky with my plots. Lavender 11 and the small house in the northwest corner by the huge waterfalls are the only ones I like from there. Mist is just as selective, as the three small houses lined up in the middle facing the beach are the only ones I consider worth buying for the scenery.

Funnily enough, the Goblet was empty after Ward 2 on Behemoth and now, after 2.38, even the small plots in the two new wards are nearly gone.

My FC actually voted to have our house there before the changes occurred. Medium plot right on the Brimming Heart lake.

It's not as popular as the other two but I think it looks far better than the lavender bed's area. It's probably my favorite of the three but the mists is up there. I think it's fine as it is.
