For the rest of the patch I can say thanks but the housing even I was looking forward to it. If the server is such an big issue SE maybe you need to reach into that chocobo bank of yours and add a separate external server decidated to housing in general.

I believe that's what they are doing for 2.4. His latest post confirmed that there will be twice as many wards as there are now, so I assume (I don't have much knowledge on this subject) that they are debugging/fleshing out the server for housing and it will ready for 2.4.

I also believe my signature has a place for this topic. I am neutral on the topic of the housing, so I will not comment save that disappointment was justified, but not necessarily the harsh attacks.

just to clarify, they're not doubling the amount of wards, just doubling the amount of land in each ward.

In the future, we plan to be able to double the total land for all existing housing wards, including the two new wards, in Patch 2.4 with the system changes that we are currently working on.
(Basically, the number of wards available now will be doubled in Patch 2.4).

Indeed, I caught that in the message too, and it immediately made me wonder how they intend to double the amount of land, that smacks of redesigning the wards. Thing is, my FC mates and I carefully selected our location and spent months working together to finance the purchase ad build. So, if they rework the ward design to double the available land, what happens to the location we so carefully selected? I'm already concerned about the invalidation of FCs by allowing individuals all the housing perks of a Free Company, are we to expect our prime locations to be screwed over as well?
