In order to purchase land, a character must first have attained level 50 in at least one class and also have earned the rank of second lieutenant in one of the Grand Companies. Each character meeting these requirements can purchase a single unowned plot via the placards found within the residential districts.
Plots of any size and within any ward may be purchased.

2 extra wards isnt even needed for those of us that are on smaller servers with wards that are already completely empty.

Saved up 1 mil thinking that would be decent enough for a small house. This is just unbelievable.


Now the mad rush to grab the houses, only 2 new wards for ALL the players on the server >_>
Being on Balmung, I can only afford a small, but seems like might be hard to get.
