Looks like it, so long as you prefer to purchase from the EU or NA Amazon (doesn't actually say it will be Amazon but it does say online store respective to EU (London) and NA (Las Vegas), I'm assuming Amazon).

. . .and then to sell copies on the respective online store afterwards!

I haven't had problems with them, but I've read stories. Packages not shipping on time, poor customer service, packages not arriving at the right destination..and some dislike how pricey they can be.
