We got full credit with my party with only two WHM these last days.
Just a matter of skill.
A shame to say it si broken, when it allows to everybody the same access to S rank, which is the pc performance, btw...

People will be happy when they can show up, whack it once, and be guaranteed full credit.
And personally, I don't think this would be a bad way to go. It minimizes anger and rage and hatred and all of those negative emotions associated with the Hunt, and besides that, the credit system is completely borked anyway with how much it emphasizes aggro generation over any other form of contribution.
Right now it seems the trick to getting full credit is to make sure you are in a full group and have everyone on site and fighting while the S rank has at least 3/4 hp left. Otherwise, it's pretty likely the group is going to get minimal or second place rewards. Really, the part that bites most people in the rear is the spontaneity of S rank spawns. A window can be open and pass without a spawn, so it's like a gamble when one shows up and when one does spawn everyone pretty much has to stop, drop, and roll out to get there in time.
Seems fine to me and btw who cares 30 seals 50 seals at least it's something lol not like seals are hard to get anyway
That depends entirely on how "casual" you are and what you even want Allied Seals for.
I'm getting 274 Allied Seals a week, and need 10,480 Allied Seals for vanity gear; I hate my life. Not nearly as much as I do the developer who put out this nonsense, though.

I think they just need to ensure that the marks, regardless of rank, last longer. They all go down so fast. If you're going to have an ENTIRE server jump on ONE mob, at least ensure he can somewhat withstand the beating.
The problem is that the mob has a certain limit to how many players it can track hate on.
Say, the mob hate list caps at 100? If one or two of your party members didn't make it to that magic number before it fills up, nothing the rest of the party will do will count for anything. You'll only get the 5 for "tagging". Sometimes you get like 20-30 because one member managed to get in, but obviously wasn't capable of doing 8-people's worth of contribution in time.
Sorry, but that's just hilarious.
Were I in Square-Enix shoes, I'd remove hunt completely. People have complained for everything and it's contrary for this content.
The only people who complain about hunts are the kids who think that no one is allowed to pull after they finish their homework and eat their supper, while waiting for their potato-operated computer to zone in....
That still make far too much people for a content that was fixed several times and now offers anyone a chance to steadily earn they allied seals.
