Jut noticed Kaelahs post with the scores. Pretend we get to the end and there are models tied for 16th place, even with judges scores...then the judges would determin who gets to go on. If the tie is betweeen 3 or more, again the judges will decide. If the judges cannot agree/majority rules, i will choose.
