Hmm as much as I want to level ninja, (My characters name being "Mini Ninja" after all) this would be a perfect time to level my tank class...as much as I'm not a huge fan or it..

I'm going to love this. Its going to be a great opportunity for me to level my Healer and Tank classes. I've been wanting to get GLD and CNJ up and now I should have no troubles. Then once I get to 50 (cause I'm a slow filthy casual) I can start my Rogue/Ninja because the initial rush will be over.
Tank/Healer mercs.
Them world firsts will pay good coin to get where they want... fast. Pretty sure all dungeons have an SR factor in them somewhere that beats out fates/roulette.


Since I've got all DoW/DoM at 50, I'm gunna milk the cash cow for a bit by crafting weapons while I queue for dungeons as ROG/NIN, and if that gets boring I'll do some FATEs and whatever else is easy to do while queueing for dungeons. I won't be in any rush to grind the class to 50, I want to learn it and actually be good rather than just follow the zerg. Better to make money off the zergers and take your time to enjoy the new class imo! ^_^
My FC already agreed to help eachother, I get to level my nin first, once I'm 50 I go to tank/heal and they get to swap in as nin and I help them level to 50, we'll likely have full 4 and 8 man groups so I don't have to worry about queues as they come up![]()
You have to be careful with the experience bonuses. If they reach level 50 too fast they may run off to play a different job or play the game less due to getting what they want at a faster rate than everyone else does. I'd give the tanks some more cross-class skill options or make current ones more viable (like cure or inner release). That and if paladin got some options to help expand on their solo rotation it would help stave off the boredom of using that job over long periods of time.I'm almost at all 50's, so obviously i'll be playing a Ninja....and hey, it's a ninja class; everyone and their mothers will be playing one..
So how will SE entice people to play tanks and healer so the greater community can play the new sexy class in dungeons/raids?
I propose to buff the myth/soldier tomb rewards for tanks/healer, more gold, perhaps stronger XP buffs (like 10%-15% increase, after doing a roulette as a tank/healer), so they aren't wasting time filling a needed role, and getting their NIN class leveled.


I have both tank classes and Conjurer to level. They're currently levels 23 (Gladiator) & 21 (Marauder and Conjurer). I figure that this will be as great a time as any to learn those roles.
