Yeah, my summoner is effected by this too, and I'm glad they did this adjustment, because now they'll focus more on the previously OP scholars than us, so it sort of balances out those situations where 3-4 healers hold down a flag like it was Fort Knox. I also main warrior in frontlines, along with summoner, so having use for PLD in there even more so encourages them to go after healers even more now with that ability to remove aetherflow and cripple scholars that think they're invincible.
Fair enough. Just don't shout for heals when you are dying, then.Yeah, my summoner is effected by this too, and I'm glad they did this adjustment, because now they'll focus more on the previously OP scholars than us, so it sort of balances out those situations where 3-4 healers hold down a flag like it was Fort Knox. When I play warrior from now on though, that just means marking the scholar's and watching where they are so I can stun-lock & focus down people punching them. The only thing that changes is a few opportunities to lose aetherflow for them, but wouldn't a Paladin essentially be able to use cover and by-pass that for them? I may be overthinking how cover fucntions, but need reply on that matter to possibly work around it. I may be wrong, since I haven't tried Paladin out in frontlines yet.
But anyway, if I still have issues with heals then that's either my own fault, or my parties fault depending on the situation and the job I'm on currently. It goes both ways now. Just have to evolve with the changes and figure out new tactics to work with.
