We could be looking at typos in the patch notes and that the original jp document had "item level 70" instead of the "item level 50" they intended. Only way to be certain is spiritbond a bunch of i48/49, i55 and i70 gear and compare average rates of Tier IVs.

Another funny possibility is that people may start forming CM/Praetorium "slaughter everything" spiritbonding parties.

Not sure on the ilevel of BCoB... you might need i90 stuff to get full effect out of the Turns. I'd expect i70 SB would be fastest out of BrayfloxHM, LCoA or HalataliHM.

Testing needs to be done to find the sweet spots for sure. I think AK/WP are i55, Pharos/CopperbellHM/HaukkeHM are i60, BrayfloxHM/LCoA/HalataliHM i70, Stone VigilHM/TamtaraHM/Hullbreaker/CT are i80, BCoB T1-5 are i90, ST i100, and 2CoB T6-9 are i110.

There's a difference between wearing appropriate spiritbond gear (such as zircon accessories and militia mage gear if you're a SMN/BLM) in a roulette to spiritbond, and swapping out to crafting/gathering gear. One still benefits you, the other literally piles on a look on you with no benefits.

I believe most of the complaints aren't directed at those who still wear appropriate spiritbond gear in dungeons (which, yes, will make the dungeon a bit longer, but not much), but rather at those that are blatantly in the wrong sort of gear for the particular dungeon. As far as I know, there are no crafting of gathering dungeons.

Bray/AC/Halahm certainly aren't i80... Stone vigil/hullbreaker/tamtara are... And that's what I'm refering to... SBing ilvl70 there gives me 20-30% SB depending on gear/melds/buffs etc... per run(been doing that for the last 2 weeks a lot but at the cost of 10k/animal fat quite expensive - mostly broke atm).
