It seems like you are new to end game. Mostly everyone wants to speed run or at least skip the CS because its the 100th time doing that duty. With long que times I think its selfish holding up a party while you and maybe one other person is watching a long CS.

I see two options, get guys in a fc or ls to story run
Or like everyone says, re watch them in your room.
