Nah, that is called duty finder being bugged and it will happen to all instances, not just the Frontline. All you need to do is just to re-que. It is duty finder issue, not the GC affliction system. He doesn't know which GC because original thread on reddit is just a screenshot with no context. He cut and paste it here because he thinks it would support his cause.

But he complained about not be able to be in a hunt party while waiting for the frontline queue.
