Accept the quests in Limsa (remember to buy the correct yukata from the vendor to start it) and travel to each spot. You'll receive a yukata from the quest, and then you'll need to complete the minigame there. Complete all three, and you'll get sent back to Limsa for a final quest. That rewards the bomb dance.

I did all 3 quests and got the three yutakas but the NPC in town has no more quest for me now. So how do I get the quest for the dance?
