They would never make a job reliant on crafted materials. Would you play a class that was 100% reliant on the marketboard nastiness? No, they'd add Chemist without the use of consumables. It also gets my vote for new healer class.
Melee healer. Bring on the FF Chanter already !
Gun Blade class
-Tank Job = Melee combat of Gunblade
-DPS job = Range combat of Gunblade
Musketeer class
-Healer Job = Chemist Job
-DPS Job = Gunner Job



Tanks
Samurai
Necromancer- Pet is tank, and all skills will be done through pet, while pet is alive the player is immune to all dmg and effects. If pet dies, player is left with 10% hp and pets enmity is transferred to player.(DAoC esque)
Healer
Dancer-Melee healer, uses tp for skills
Priest(ess) - uses ofuda and prayer beads, prayers would be written in chains, different chains would have different effects (similar to how mudras will work)

I'd like to see Vampire as tank and Templar as healer.

Healer:
Divine: Uses holy powers and potections, allow for shield like abilities that absorb X ammount of damage for Y ammount of time with lower power healing spells as the downside.
Tank:
Berserker: Huge 2 handed swords, damage over defence. Harder to keep alive but is like having an extra dps in the team.

Samurai as a tank but let me elaborate a bit on what I mean. I'm an avid fan of the way it was done in Final Fantasy Tactics. Draw was the main skill in that each katana would perform different abilities when used. The drawback was that they were like usable items insomuch as when they broke after a draw you moved to the next one in your inventory. What I propose is this: Use draw skills much like combos where say a thrust>downward slash>crosscut gives a skill at the end of a chain then if you do it say crosscut>thrust>downward slash gives you another skill to use at the end of the chain. Also give them two stances one for tanking the other for dps that way those still learning the skills wont accidentally grab agro while in a boss fight. Skills could heal, do crit damage, dots, damage mit based on stance currently in. As far as heals go, no idea.
Again I saw that under the sun the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, nor bread to the wise, nor riches to the intelligent, nor favor to those with knowledge, but time and chance happen to them all.

1. SAM tank would be awesome imo.
2. Chemist healer and I agree that it should use TP and not MP (I also want BLU, but not sure if that would be a healer. Someone mentioned shapeshifter and I think a Morpher or giving BLU an ability to shapeshift would be cool if nothing else).
