Will Shiva be an Evil Primal?

Shiva is my favorite Aeon of all time. I hope she has a great story and in the end shows the consequences of incurring a woman's wrath o_o. Hopefully the battle has an intense ambiance with the music and stage changes (if there are any). If we could get some cool Shiva weapons that arent rare drops that'd be great as well. xD

Will she be evil? Probably. Unlike Ramuh or Titan she is specifically tempering people, may be responsible for the perpetual winter in coerthas, etc.

Uh, I see no reason why she would 'probably' be evil. As I mentioned above, none of the Primals so far are necessarily classified as evil.

Primals aren't evil. They're forces of nature.

Ifrit - aspect of fire. Fire is violent and unpredictable. It cares not for friend or foe, it simply burns.
Garuda - aspect of wind. Garuda is no more evil than a tornado or a hurricane.

I agree with your post/list, save for these particular two.

Ifrit: He is violent, yes; but what he's really after is complete domination/worshipers.
You could argue that it's similar to fire in that all it does is expand and consume everything it touches (akin to "tempering" or "dominating", as an analogy), but still...he's not exactly "good".

Garuda: She is outright sadistic and insane, not to mention power-hungry. She's probably the closest someone would call "evil" here.

Also Garuda had ifrits and titans priests captured as punishment for "getting her crystals" or something. She eventually resorted to inflicting pain on them so they could summon thier respective primals.

Surprisingly Ifrit (at least in 1.0) was quite level headed.

Garuda...was bloodthirsty and sadistic from the start of 1.0. She's the ONLY primal we've seen actively killing people. The others have merely tempered, not killed.

She'll probably be more of a test to see if we are worthy of entering Ishgard to confront the Archbishop and the Ascians. She will also, probably be rather difficult.

I just... love this woman. She's been my favourite aeon/primal/gf, whatever you want to call them. I cannot wait to fight her, and see what her story is all about. Bring it on <3
