Frontline: Broken Queue or Broken Downscaling? Both?

I don't understand this.
Is the queue timer high because not enough people are playing the game? I mean, how many people are playing in each region? Has to be thousands at a time, right? You are telling me there are not enough people to form ONE match per region? In entire europe/america region there are less than 70 people queuing for frontlines? If so, the game must surely be dying...
There has to be another explanation

I am not sure from your region. More or less, there are only few people doing Frontline. Also, when you go to "Duty Finder" make sure that the letters of "JEDF" for language (Below Role) are being highlighted for you to join others as well. Normally, if you only have selected one language to queue then it will take longer and may not connect.

If you think the game is dying, why are we still in forum discussing frontline and other stuff. Right?

I beleives it is because not enouch Twin Adders to sustain Frontline. Malestorm and Immortal Flames are just too popular. If I que pass 1:00 AM EST, I get pull into another match right after one is finish.
