Hopefully they admit to screwing the game up with the awful hunt system and detail plans to improve it.

I can practically guarantee they're gonna talk 2.35 before they even graze the subject of 2.4. With it, they'll likely talk about a number of quality of life improvements and a couple of minor content additions that didn't make it to 2.3. They'll definitely be showing private housing stuff and will describe the differences between FC housing and private housing. They might add more postmoogle quests or improvements to PVP as well, and may even announce some improvements to The Hunt as well. We'll just have to wait and see to find out, but that's my speculation.
I expect to "Look forward" to alot of things...
I think they leave the "major changes" for the fanfest. However, I do believe they will overhaul the current job system. If it will have any effect on the current battle system, I don't know.
Yoshi P already mentioned that it's hard to add second jobs to current classes. Another problem that comes with that is shared attribute points. http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...Eorzea-website
We already know that 3.0 comes with more jobs. I figure they are changing things so they can just add jobs. I have never understood the current system if no other jobs can branch out of the current classes. Our current system is a remnant of 1.0.

The theme of this Live letter will be Avoiding all questions and complaints about hunts, the impact that hunts are having on the community, and the general lack of forethought on hunt implementation since it was admitted to have been a quick unplanned development after 2.2 was released.
Working as intended. Please continue ripping your community apart! Jokes aside i really do hope there is some acknowledgement that this system is not working as they intended and they apologize for the animosity it has created.
Well, major changes in terms of what is already in the game they may bring out to the table tomorrow morning. Things that they are adding will be at fan fest. Like they could say they are doing away with the class system and just putting strictly jobs ( that way they can add more jobs and not have to worry about classes).
They could talk about changes to the battle system if any, changes any content that is in the game now, they could say something. Only things that are for fan fest is stuff that is not currently in the game yet.
Or more along the lines of.
E3 2014 LIVE Letter
Q: Will we be getting a /hug emote?
A: Yoshi launches into a huge speech about emotes for a solid 10-15 minutes.

I'd rather hear about what they are going to do about fixing the state of the game.
Bots in Frontlines, Morale not working in Frontlines (when is it coming in effect? Is it coming in effect when nobody needs to do Frontlines because they got Rank 40 in their PVE gear?). The Striking Tree (extreme) quest tells me to queue for the Primal fight with "Duty Finder" but it's only available when you have a full party...
The Frontlines/Morale thing is really annoying me the most though, forever in WoW I was Holy Priest, whenever you enter PVP with PVE gear you are OWNED! There's no point to remove Morale, everyone is already getting max pvp rank and when they get max pvp rank what then?
