I would love to be able to use the other races' hempen gear. If they made vanity versions Im sure they'd do like every other piece of vanity gear and make it ridiculously expensive to get, so its not like everyone would be using it.

The idea is neat, but we already have barely any semblance of race uniqueness left in the game as it is... hairstyles are becoming universal, stat differences are minute (not that it ever should matter in a game really), and every race/gender has the exact same combat animations (Roegadyn male got their own unique stances for greataxes and polearms; I so very wish they would've done unique animations for every gender/race. It was by far one of my favorite niches from XI. But I am offtopic now).

Blah blah I'm a cranky nerd, pay me no mind. :P Nevertheless, most of the non-original races in other RSE underwear would create some possible cute/pretty looks, though.

While I totally would like to have certain pieces, I kind of have to agree with some people in here as to say I like that there still is some things that separate the races. I'm all for sharing hairstyles (certain ones at least) & what not but I do enjoy being a little unique wearing my Highlander undies.

Well, I suppose it might ruin it. But I don't know if race specific gear is a thing worth having now. Back in FFXI it made sense because you couldn't choose how your gear looked. So different races having a gear set designed just for them helped them to stand out. Now we stand out by glamouring and dyeing our gear to look how we want. I would say that having gear that is unique to one race changed from a positive to a negative when we were given more control over our appearance.

My Elezen underwear make me stand out and I don't want OP to wear my underwear
