I see people using the race-specific smallclothes for glamour all the time, and there are some combinations I'd like to try but can't due to race restrictions. I would like to see them all made available to everyone. Unfortunately I think they might all be the same item and just have a different appearance based on who equips them, so it might require making entirely new items. But it would not be too dissimilar to what they did with the Light Steel Galerus and Taffeta Shawl as vanity versions of other gear.

I would also support them doing the same thing for the race-specific starter gear, I suppose. When it comes to glamour, the more options the better!

As much as i want this to happen ( i want the Roe set so bad id actually sell thousands lalafells for it ), it would kind of ruin the point of gear being "race specific" dont you think ?

Well, I suppose it might ruin it. But I don't know if race specific gear is a thing worth having now. Back in FFXI it made sense because you couldn't choose how your gear looked. So different races having a gear set designed just for them helped them to stand out. Now we stand out by glamouring and dyeing our gear to look how we want. I would say that having gear that is unique to one race changed from a positive to a negative when we were given more control over our appearance.
