If you look at the end of the new item list you can see that all the Mandragora pets (ok not the one you want) have seeds so they are probably aquired through gardening. (ofc this does not show how the sucubuss is aquired, but with this the question of how to get most of the new minions is cleared)

Well then guess it's to the market board for me.

BTW what new mandragorora minions? Auraunes? Onions? Pumpkin heads? deadly nightshades? the royal pain versions of the the above?
