Female Only Gender Locked Gear? Again?

I don't get it, what is the issue here? There's not a heart on your specific race's hat and so the world is going to end? This title is misleading as well, "Female Only Gender Lock" (please ignore the fact that female lalafells and male hyurs wear the same hat so I have a reason to complain)

This is ridiculous.

I think you missed a few things. First, never said it was the end of the world. Second, the issue is about there being a trend of SE making more female only clothes than male only clothes, meaning that if this continues there will be more vanity gear for women and less for men.

What plot revolves around a frilly cap? Are you role playing the male "wife" of a sailor or something?

Actually I'm not too enthused about the frilly cap itself, I just don't like the trend we're seeing.

I really cant understand guys , all of them in many threads cleared that they like to play with female characters and maybe all of females in game are guys unless they proven not to be .

Funnily enough, there's actually a lot more female player representation in FFXIV than you tend to find in other games.

I think this is very interesting. Only about 1 mil people have a chocobo, and another 100k have the legacy chocobo. That's not exactly an easy thing to skip getting at some point >.>

Which just points to *actual* subscribers not matching up with the 3 mil numbers. I know that I have several alts, some of which are male avatars sooooo... take that into consideration. It's not giving numbers of actual players, just character data ripped from the lodestone.
