Either they want to be carried or they're desperate to get in the current content. Sadly, the second Coil is not something you can do without proper practice, because if YOU make a mistake, you'll probably wipe the party. There might be exceptions. It happened to me that I set up T5 farm parties or it happens that I need to pug someone for the second Coil if we're missing a static member. They state that they're experienced and when we win the run, they earn the achievement. Granted, you probably forgot to explore the whole map before leaving by stepping on the platform holding the chests, and I'm aware that you might know the whole run, but you had bad luck with your pugs... but don't lie to me.
