With Desynthesis on it's way with the next patch

Still not sure if I got the mechanics right from what I have read on the Lodestone. You have 300 points that are shared between all your DOH. So do you have to pick out your three "favourite" crafters and that's it? If you use them all, they will be all mediocre? I guess you will need them all because different items need different DOH for a desynthesis. Doesn't feel right since I like to be able to master them all so I can use Desynthesis for any items but I guess I have to wait for more info.

We don't know any details, just general info, so waiting for more info is the smart thing. There is a world of difference between "33.00 means a 33% chance of successful desyth with 5% HQ chance, 100.00 means a 100% chance of successful desyth with 5% HQ chance" and "33.00 means a 100% chance of successful desyth with 5% HQ chance, 100.00 means a 100% chance of successful desyth with 95% HQ chance with triple shards/crystals." The amount successful and failed desynths change your levels is also an important factor. 70 desynths to 100.00 is different than 10,000.
