Glow-y-ness on a weapon is kind of a silly idea in the first place. Would you want to stand out on the battlefield so that people can see you better to kill you? lol Maybe if you were the tank... that's the only way I could see it being a good thing.

If there was some legendary weapon that had a .0001% chance to drop from turn 9 or something and it glowed, that would be perfectly fine. Then it wouldn't be *everywhere*. But basically it's a special snowflake thing that everyone has, so it's not special and just distracting. If it were just a few random people that had a glowy weapon then people might actually be impressed with the effect! And yes, basically most every level 50 has a glowy weapon. Getting your zenith is like the first thing someone tries to do when they hit 50. Sadly, there are some that aren't able to do it, but a majority are. If people *must* have glowy weapons, I'm cool with it, just why is it the baseline? It's too over the top to be baseline.
