CT2 gear changed from original concept art?

but it seems these are the new CT2 gear sets now


So i'm wondering if there is more to CT2 than we've been shown or the gear in the first image has been pushed back to CT3?

CT2 gear looks more like stage performer costumes in a opera house, yes I know there is a part of the dungeon that looks like an opera house. I will most likely glamour over some of the gear if I don't like the look on my character.

That gear was never confirmed to be CT2 gear if I recall correctly. So it's hard to say if anything was really changed or not.

I think that armor that they showed in E3, will be for 3rd Coil.
They only said it was a concept art, of an armor they were working on, not that it would be for CT. They were showing it cause they were answering question about how they come up with new designs (i think)
And they haven't said where it's from. But yah, i'm guessing 3rd Coil, or some other raid content in the future.
