If you watched the E3 interviews, or have paid attention to the controversy a while back surrounding the China release of WoW Wrath of the Lich King its due to an issue of censorship, they're likely not exclusive bosses/enemies but different models.

They wouldn't remove it. They'll just substitute some of the offensive models out with acceptable ones.

It really depends on the particular censorship panel that looks at it. I've seen chinese media get away with big dumb dopey looking skeletons because they look too silly to ever be real. on the other hand i've seen zombies patched up to kind of just look like off colored people you kind of look at and go "what is that supposed to be".

If I had to guess, they'd use their Ak-mena/zombie models which were essentially Hyurs with grey skin and all-black eyes, no bone.
