I need a honest opinion about the Atma drop rate......

I will not call the op a liar, but if he is not he should quit playing all mmo's immediately. Luck that bad with rng is a unheard of.

I already have my atma am stumbling through my animous with no real rush. I went to a fate to help out a fc member, maybe the first fate i have done since atma, and one dropped. I am not saying the drop rate is great just saying luck is luck and if yours is that bad give up now. I am actually sad i got that atma cause i had no plans to go after more than 1 zodiak.

And the entire 4th page is why FF14 will not survive because of disrespectful nature of players such as these....I know the amount of time I spent in game doing fates and how many I did for the past 2 weeks starting from 30th of May til now. Please continue to disrespect me for stating facts in regards to this incredibly low drop rate. i started grinding atma's the day 2.2 released. took me about 9 days of casually grinding fates, sometimes just a fate here and there between queue's sometimes full out fate grinding sessions to gather up all 12. ive been casually collecting myths and got my animus about a week before the novus was released. i am now sitting at 10/75 infusions and im casually taking my time working on it just doing the daily quest and spending myths on it i got thru grinding soldiery. spiritbonding my own materia for the most part unless i see a big dip in prices on the MB that i can take advantage of. i dont really see what the rush is or why people seem to think these are some unobtainable goals

in between all this i spent the time learning and then farming levi x and now all of my alts have ilvl 95 weps. eventually ill score a mirror and ill have some ilvl 100 weps on alts

i really havent expended any huge amount of effort on any of it, its been mostly just doing stuff i would be doing anyways.

my opinion is the quest is just fine, it just takes time and a bit of micromanaging to get the most out of. there is nothing at all wrong with this

drop rate is low but doesnt seem all that bad to me. what keeps it fresh for me is changing jobs every once in a while as i participate in fates.

Haibel, I will state this one last time as I posted earlier, I am going to continue for the rest of the month until the 30th. Then I will disclose my entire data for the complete month so I can clearly show the entire process for completion. If you are unable to wait for that long....then I am sorry....

Atma drops can be brutal, but still pure RNG. An FC-mate just got his second Atma weapon. A couple days ago he started the day with 5 and ended with 11 (and wasn't doing only fates that day). Another FC-mate still only has one Atma (token, not weapon). I have 3 Atma weapons and one Animus. So really, the Ghodess of RNG is capricious and then some.
